Your data is stored securely on cloud servers with encryption at rest and in transit. We use industry-standard security measures including TLS 1.3, row-level security policies, and regular security audits. Your resume content is never shared with third parties without your explicit consent.

4. AI Processing

When you use our AI writing features (Improve, Shorten, Strengthen, Grammar Check, Suggest Skills), your text is sent to an AI service for processing. This data is not stored by the AI provider after processing and is not used to train AI models. You can use QuickRezume without AI features if you prefer.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

• Service Providers: Cloud hosting, analytics, and email delivery services that help us operate.

We retain your account and resume data as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed within 30 days. Backup copies may persist for up to 90 days in encrypted backups.
